Accessible Cracow & Malopolska
We are the first company in Cracow that also offers services to people who are physically and developmentally challenged, pregnant women, families with babies (still using prams), their families and friends. Our policy is to prepare a value-for-money product. If you would like to come to Poland write to us and we will together cut the programme and price that would suit you best.

1. Our tours are accessible to people with different disabilities.
2. We organise walking, bike and vehicle tours.
Accessible Bike Tours are organised only in the town of Krakow so far. They are available for wheelchair travellers and people with reduced mobility. We owe a special bike that has a wheelchair attached in front. The wheelchair can be easily separated from the bike and that enables the visitor to enter the monumet inside without the need to change the seats. The bike was bought from Draisin, a German company that specializes in producing bikes for the disabled and senior citizens.
3. Beside the tours we also help to organise:
- accommodation - in our database you can find all kinds of accommodation with many useful information that makes the choice easy: from door width, bed height and ramp gradients to detail about floor surfaces, numbers of steps and the availability of special equipment. We also help advise.
- board
- transportation - we provide vans and coaches equipped with ramps or lifts for wheelchair users; Vans and coaches have either electric elevator or ramps and either down points to fix your wheelchair directly on the van or you can transfer to normal seats after get with the wheelchair inside the van
- transfers - airport, railway or bus station, to the places of interest
- guides
- tickets - museums, cultural events, concerts, transportation (except plane tickets)
- equipment rental – we help to rent a variety of equipments ranging from walkers, canes, crutches, manual wheelchairs, electrical wheelchairs, scooters, grab-rails, wheel-in showers, oxygen etc, which would be provided to you upon request
- personal care assistant – we cooperate with personal care assistants who would accompany those requiring them throughout the travel. Those assistants will help you to cross barriers when necessary if you are wheel chaired; certified nurses could also be sent upon request
- advice on one's free time
- gather information about the accessibility of the places one would like to visit

- the subject and standard of the tour
- what you would like to have included in the price (board and accommodation, transportation, sightseeing etc.)
- what you would like us to help you on
- what tours you have chosen
- health or mobility limits of the participants if such occur
